About the Role

The Senior Manager – Sales is responsible for driving the overall sales performance of real estate projects, leading a dynamic sales team, and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets. The role involves developing strategic plans, expanding the client base, managing high-value relationships, and ensuring smooth execution of sales operations. This position requires strong leadership, industry knowledge, and a results-oriented mindset to thrive in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue and growth targets
  • Explore new markets, customer segments, and property types
  • Recruit, train, and supervise the sales team to ensure performance excellence
  • Assign sales targets, monitor individual and team KPIs, and conduct performance evaluations
  • Foster a culture of accountability and motivation within the team
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, including with high-net-worth individuals and investors
  • Address and resolve client concerns promptly and effectively
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines and generate regular reports using CRM tools
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize sales processes
  • Oversee proper documentation and verification of all sales agreements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and data-driven decision making
