Senior DevOps Engineer

Role Overview:We are seeking a skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to lead and evolve our infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and automation strategies. This is a high-impact role where you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our systems are secure, scalable, and reliable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage scalable infrastructure using cloud services (preferably AWS or GCP)
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for rapid, reliable delivery
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployments using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance, availability, and security
  • Implement logging, alerting, and observability best practices
  • Drive improvements in deployment strategy, rollback mechanisms, and disaster recovery
  • Collaborate closely with development, QA, and product teams

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or related roles
  • Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
  • Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.)
  • Deep knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc.)
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm
  • Solid understanding of Linux systems and networking
  • Hands-on with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.)
  • Scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar)

Preferred:

  • Experience in fintech or product-based companies
  • Familiarity with security best practices (IAM, secrets management, etc.)
  • Certification in AWS/GCP (a plus, not mandatory)
