About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated
Senior Sales Executive
to lead and drive business growth by acquiring clients from the USA market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in
Marketing and Website Development services
, and the ability to lead sales strategies that deliver measurable results.

You will play a key role in developing client relationships, mentoring junior sales team members, and ensuring consistent achievement of revenue targets. If you are a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills and a passion for digital solutions, we'd love to hear from you

Responsibilities:


• Identify, engage, and close high-value clients in the USA through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.


• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals.


• Understand client needs and business challenges to offer customized marketing and web development solutions.


• Manage and nurture long-term client relationships to encourage retention and repeat business.


• Mentor and support junior sales executives, sharing insights and best practices.


• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications in the CRM system.


• Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and development teams to ensure seamless project handovers.


• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities to refine sales approaches.

Requirements:



3+ years of proven experience
in B2B sales, preferably in a
digital marketing, IT, or web development company.


• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a persuasive and confident approach.


• Deep understanding of marketing, website development, and digital service offerings.


• Experience selling to
US-based clients
and working in
night shifts aligned with US time zones.


• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.


• Proficiency with
CRM tools
and online sales platforms.


• Leadership qualities with the ability to
guide and motivate a small sales team.
