About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media & Data Entry Assistant to support our marketing and sales team. This role mainly involves uploading content to social media platforms, posting product details, handling client inquiries online, and assisting the sales team by reaching out to potential customers.

This is not a sales-heavy role—you will not be required to close deals. Instead, you will provide support by managing repetitive tasks such as posting, data entry, and basic client communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Upload and schedule content and products on social media platforms and internal systems
• Assist the sales team by reaching out to potential clients through social media and messaging platforms
• Post and update product listings on company platforms and online marketplaces
• Respond to basic customer inquiries, comments, and messages in a professional manner
• Maintain accurate data entry records for products, clients, and leads
• Monitor social media activity and share reports with the team
• Follow instructions and tasks delegated by the sales and marketing team

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum Matric / 10 years of education (Fresh graduates are welcome)
• Age: 15 – 27 years
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, etc.)
• Good understanding of brand presentation and online communication
• Strong attention to detail for data entry and content posting
• Ability to communicate with potential clients in a polite and professional manner
• Organized, reliable, and able to follow delegated tasks effectively
