MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Provide legal advice and guidance on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents, drafting notices and their responses.
• Ensure compliance with local, national, and international laws and regulations.
• Ensuring mandatory statutory filling with SECP and making compliances with the Company Laws & Regulations, code of conduct, corporate governance.
• Ensuring Legally mandatory compliances under PTA Laws & Regulations and other relevant regulators.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support business operations and decision-making.
• Furnish professional Legal Opinions to the Company and its different departments, advise management on the legal implications of internal policies and procedures and mitigating legal risks and damages in day-to-day legal affairs and in external and internal contracts and dealings.
• Effective management of daily tasks record, legal office record, maintaining legal dashboards, Effective and Professional reporting, recommendations for strategic actions to the Line Manager.
• Effective and Proactive management of litigation, external stakeholders, and proactive collaboration and liaising with legal counsels.
• Provide support in formulating internal legal policies, procedures, and processes.
• Continuously monitor compliances with statutory obligations to access legal risks and advise strategic solutions to the management accordingly.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and departments across Pakistan to assess legal risks and provide strategic solutions and requisite legal support.
• Review existing standard agreements drafts and provide time to time recommendations, suggestions, and amendments to it as per the best market practices and for the better protection of the Company’s interests.
• Provide support in the development of Company strategy and operational objectives.
• Should possess expertise in understanding and verification of urban and rural property / land documents and working of relevant government departments.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
A. Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in law, LLB (Hon’s) from a recognized University in Pakistan or outside of Pakistan
• LLM, master’s degree or equivalent will be preferred.
• License to practice in High Courts of Pakistan.
B. Minimum Experience:
• Minimum 4-6 years of PQE or in a similar role

• Proficiency in legal research and legal drafting.
