SQA Engineer (Helpp Technologies)

Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Parsa Tower, KarachiWork Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)Maximum Salary: Upto PKR 150,000 per month

About the Role:As an SQA Engineer, you will be responsible for reviewing requirements, designing test plans, identifying bugs, and executing both manual and automated tests to ensure the quality of our software products.

Responsibilities:

• Review requirements, specifications, and technical documents and provide timely feedback
• Create detailed and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities
• Design, develop, and run automation scripts using open-source tools
• Identify, record, and track bugs in detail
• Perform regression testing after issues are fixed
• Implement testing processes for new and existing products
• Monitor and report on debugging process results
• Track quality metrics such as defect density and open issues
• Stay updated with new testing tools and techniques

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in software quality assurance
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience writing clear test plans and test cases
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
• Good understanding of SQL and scripting
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus
• Experience with performance or security testing is a plus
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
