Upwork Specialist at ServeTech Global

We are looking for a results-driven Upwork Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for winning projects, generating leads, and building long-term client relationships exclusively through the Upwork platform. This role requires strong proposal writing, excellent communication, and the ability to meet monthly acquisition and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue relevant projects on Upwork.
• Write tailored, compelling, and client-focused proposals.
• Engage with clients professionally to build trust and close deals.
• Generate leads, negotiate terms, and convert opportunities into successful projects.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
• Consistently achieve monthly sales and project acquisition goals.
• Track, analyze, and report progress against targets.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of proven experience as anUpwork Specialist.
• Strong communication, client engagement, and negotiation skills.
• Exceptional proposal writing with attention to client requirements.
• Highly motivated, independent, and target-oriented.
• Ability to workon-site in DHA Phase VI, Karachi.
