Accounts Executive

Flinkfreight logistics is seeking a capable and career-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team. The position offers great opportunity for personal growth and success. Remuneration is commission based. Your reward will be both personal and financial.

We are looking for a candidate for our Night Shift Operation (6 pm to 3 am). Candidate Should be comfortable with night shift.

· Must have excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

· Track payments and manage accounts receivables/payables.

· Record and categorize business expenses, ensuring they are accurately reflected in QuickBooks.

· Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements with QuickBooks entries to ensure accuracy.

· Prepare financial reports and statements, such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.

· Ensure all financial practices comply with relevant laws and regulations.

· Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers by addressing their needs and concerns

· Ensure that all invoices are accurately generated, including details like load descriptions, quantities, rates, and any applicable taxes or discounts.

· Gather and maintain all necessary documentation to support the invoices and to ensure invoices are sent out promptly according to the agreed schedule or billing cycle to facilitate timely payments.

· Address any discrepancies or disputes that arise with customers regarding invoices, working to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

· Collaborate with operations and CSR teams to ensure that invoice reflects the actual services rendered and any changes in service or pricing.

· Verify that invoices match purchase orders, delivery receipts, and contracts. Reconcile any discrepancies before approval.
