Accounts Intern

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Intern to join our Company. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various accounting functions and contribute to the financial operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in maintaining and updating financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.

Tracking organizational expenses.

Support the preparation of financial statements, invoices, and expense reports.

Help with bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.

Assist in processing payroll and managing employee reimbursements.

Assist the HR Department with Job Posting and Interviews.

Maintain confidentiality and adhere to accounting best practices and policies.

Requirements:

Intermediate or B.Com

Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive financial information.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
