Techologik is offering an exciting 3-month internship opportunity in our IT department for individuals looking to start their career in tech. This role is ideal for someone with basic IT knowledge and a strong willingness to learn and grow. The internship may lead to a permanent position based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and maintaining user IDs, email accounts, and system access
• Support the IT team in routine technical tasks and documentation
• Monitor and report technical issues as needed
• Provide basic troubleshooting assistance
• Follow security protocols and company IT policies

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of IT systems, networks, and tools
• Knowledge of ID management and user access control
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in night shift hours
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
