Admin and Bookkeeping Assistant

Job descriptionWe are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin and Bookkeeping Assistant to support our UK-based client operations from Pakistan. This role will focus on handling administrative tasks, order management, and basic bookkeeping responsibilities for multiple branches and the Head Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate orders for supplies and equipment for branches and the Head Office.
  • Track order budgets and maintain accurate records.
  • Manage order placement and follow-ups to ensure timely delivery.
  • Track budgets allocated for supplies, ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Maintain records of office maintenance, repairs, and other operational activities.
  • Assist in organizing and updating files and databases for easy access to records.
  • Review and verify petty cash accounts for the branches.
  • Liaise with the Finance Department for cash issuance and monthly reconciliation.
  • Record and track day-to-day expenses and payments in bookkeeping software or Excel spreadsheets.
  • Maintain and organize financial documentation to support bookkeeping and accounting needs.
  • Assist the client in generating financial reports, including monthly summaries, expense tracking, and budget reconciliation.
  • Support any additional admin-related tasks as required by the client or operations team.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience in bookkeeping or a similar role is essential. Familiarity with budget management, record-keeping, and financial tracking is required.
  • Proficiency in using ERP software for bookkeeping and financial management is mandatory.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills for coordinating with UK-based teams and internal departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per month
