Admin Officer (Textile Unit)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Office Management: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including correspondence, filing, house keeping, and record-keeping
2. HR Support: Assist with HR-related tasks, such as employee onboarding, leave management, and benefits administration.
3. Communication: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and government agencies.
4. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee files, contracts, and licenses.
5. Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and factory policies.
