Role Overview:Were seeking a skilled AI Developer to build and optimize intelligent automation systems using tools like Make.com, n8n, LangChain, and AutoGen. Youll design agent-based architectures, connect APIs, and automate complex business processes. Person having good experience with django (Preferred)

Requirements

• Develop AI-powered agent systems using LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, etc.
• Build automated workflows with Make.com/n8n and integrate APIs, CRMs, and SaaS tools
• Troubleshoot and improve existing automations
• Collaborate with team members to deliver tailored solutions
• Document systems, workflows, and data paths accurately
• 2 to 3 years of professional experience in AI development, machine learning, or data science.
• Proven experience with Make.com or n8n
• Hands-on with LLM tools and agent frameworks
• Strong API, webhook, and data handling knowledge
• Familiarity with GPT-4, Claude, or other LLMs
• Self-motivated with great communication skills
• Bonus: Experience with vector databases or digital marketing tools
• Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex business problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project objectives, and design AI solutions that meet client needs.
• Explore and experiment with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and libraries to enhance our AI capabilities.
• Collect, clean, and preprocess data to build high-quality training datasets for machine learning models.
• Train, evaluate, and fine-tune machine learning models using appropriate techniques and methodologies.
• Deploy AI models into production environments and integrate them with existing systems and applications.
• Monitor model performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in AI research, tools, and techniques, and share knowledge with team members through presentations, workshops, and training sessions.
• Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals, algorithms, and techniques.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with popular AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Version control systems (e.g., Git) and code branching strategies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and knowledge of cloud-based AI services is a plus.
