ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced Amazon Wholesale Expert to join our eCommerce team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Amazon wholesale operations, with a strong grasp of product research, brand outreach, profitability analysis, and inventory management. This is a mid-level role perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, self-driven, and capable of managing accounts independently under senior guidance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and list profitable brands and products for wholesale opportunities on Amazon.
  • Contact brands and distributors to build long-term relationships and secure approvals.
  • Analyze product profitability using tools such as Keepa, Scan Unlimited, and manual calculations.
  • Build and maintain a database of vetted brands and products.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance and profitability reports for clients.
  • Conduct accurate sales forecasting and assist in inventory planning.
  • Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and relationship management.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 1-2 years of mid-level experience in Amazon wholesale operations.
  • Proficiency in product analysis software such as Keepa and Scan Unlimited.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, especially with brands and distributors.
  • Ability to independently manage wholesale accounts with minimal oversight.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and wholesale sourcing best practices is a plus.
