Senior Python Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Python Developer to join our team and take ownership of the backend infrastructure of our website. The ideal candidate has 10-15 years of hands-on experience, a strong grasp of Python and is confident in managing AWS-hosted environments.

Responsibilities:

- Write clean, efficient, and scalable Python code to power our web applications

- Maintain and optimize our AWS-hosted infrastructure (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.)

- Collaborate with front-end developers and designers to integrate user-facing elements

- Troubleshoot and debug performance and reliability issues

- Implement security and data protection best practices

- Manage deployment pipelines and CI/CD workflows

Requirements:

- 10-15 years of professional development experience

- Strong expertise in Python (Django/Flask experience is a plus)

- Solid experience with AWS services and infrastructure management

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions)

- Proficiency in RESTful API design and implementation

- Comfortable working in a collaborative and agile environment

Bonus Points:

- Experience with front-end technologies (React, Vue, etc.)

- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and other containerization tools

- Exposure to PostgreSQL, Redis, or other modern databases
