AMEA FFP Asset Network Lead (Fixed term contract)

Job Description

Role purpose

Develops, implements and maintains a Regional FF&P (Formulation Fill & Pack) long term FFP capacity plan (5 year capacity plan) and the development/maintenance of LTCP tool from production perspective. Manage the Asset Network including Sub-Networks that supports individual product supply chain strategies and delivers global objectives and regional / local needs for both in-house and for third party FF&P operations. Maintain an updated site purpose/site master plan review with the site team. Support to update/maintain the risk evaluation and mitigation control plan related to regional risk / Riskonnect system review. Supports global and/or regional projects/programs.

Accountabilities

As a member of Regional Formulation Fill & Pack Asset Network team, this role is accountable to:

  • Maintains a Regional FF&P (Formulation Fill & Pack) long term FFP capacity plan (5 year capacity plan). Development/maintenance of LTCP tool from production perspective.
  • Develop contingency plans for critical FF&P gaps in capacity v demand (5-year capacity gap).
  • Maintain an updated site purpose/site master plan of each site.
  • Update/maintain the risk evaluation and mitigation control plan related to regional risk / Riskonnect system review.
  • Manage implementation of technology and asset strategies for FF&P for in-house and third party in the region (manage toller segmentation in collaboration with Tolling Manager).
  • Provide inputs to support the Regional Asset Network Strategy Manager for siting/capacity decisions in the region for FF&P (both internal sites and tollers).
  • Support to assess CP technology, strategic fit for existing sites and need for future sites or site development in support of business strategy (link with Capital plan).
  • Regularly report the progress / issues / key actions of the strategy in his region, based on the global templates. Manage the appropriate methods and metrics to ensure our asset and technology strategy is implemented in the Region.
  • Supports global and/or regional projects/programs as assigned by line manager.
Qualifications

Critical knowledge/Education

  • Minimum Bachelors in Science, MBA Preferred.
  • In-Depth SAP Knowledge, especially SD, MM, APO Modules
  • Data Analytics, specialist in PowerBi
  • Risk Management Framework and Mitigation Plan
  • Supply Chain (Demand & Production Planning, Forecasting)

Critical experience

  • Min 5+ years in production / manufacturing supply chain management and capacity planning in a chemical, pharmaceutical or petrochemical industries.
  • Have worked in similar role, involving strategy development and implementation.
  • Proven experience in working in regulated environments
  • Leadership Skills and able to influence stakeholders to achieve desired results.
  • Experience of working with different countries across Region remotely.
