Role Summary:
The Arabic Speaking Customer Services Officer is responsible for delivering excellent customer support to Arabic-speaking clients. This includes addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction. The role requires fluency in Arabic and English, effective communication skills, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction:
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, or in-person.
- Provide clear and accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Issue Resolution:
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely problem resolution.
- Customer Records Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
- Document all interactions and resolutions for future reference.
- Service Improvement:
- Collect and report customer feedback to improve products and services.
- Identify trends in customer issues and suggest process improvements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales, operations, and technical teams to enhance the customer experience.
- Assist in translating customer requirements into actionable tasks for other departments.
- Cultural Sensitivity:
- Provide culturally appropriate support for Arabic-speaking customers.
- Ensure all interactions align with cultural norms and sensitivities.
Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer service or a related role.
- Prior experience supporting Arabic-speaking clients is preferred.
Skills:
- Fluency in Arabic and English (verbal and written).
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
