Technical Content Writer

Role Overview:

As a Senior Technical Content Writer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality content across multiple formats. You will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and collaborate with product, design, and technical teams to create content that simplifies complex topics and supports our marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write content for blogs, websites, product documentation, FAQs, help guides, case studies, and marketing campaigns.
• Translate complex technical concepts into simple, easy-to-understand language.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and ensure accuracy.
• Create content for diverse products including SaaS platforms, packaging services, and client-facing solutions.
• Edit and proofread content for clarity, tone, and grammar.
• Ensure consistency with brand voice and style guidelines.
• Support SEO and content marketing strategies with relevant and valuable content.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience in technical or product-based content writing.
• Excellent English writing skills with strong grammar and attention to detail.
• Ability to simplify technical topics for general audiences.
• Experience in writing for SaaS, tech, or service-based products is a plus.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Basic knowledge of SEO is a bonus.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
