Job Description:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Manager Finance to support our finance operations. This role will assist in financial planning, reporting, compliance, and analysis activities to ensure the smooth running of the finance function and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
• Support the implementation of financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors for audit processes.
• Prepare and review reconciliations, accounting schedules, and reports.
• Assist in cash flow management, expense monitoring, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Professional qualification (part-qualified or pursuing ACCA, CA, CMA) will be preferred.
• Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel) and financial software.
