Job Summary:The Assistant Manager - Corporate Sales is responsible for driving corporate sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with key corporate clients, and generating new business opportunities within the corporate sector. This role focuses on growing the companys presence in the corporate market, including bulk sales, long-term partnerships, and strategic business accounts. The AM - Corporate Sales will work closely with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure the successful execution of corporate sales plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Corporate Sales Strategy:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies targeting corporate clients, including businesses, institutions, and large organizations.
  • Identify new corporate sales opportunities and expand the companys market presence in the corporate sector.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor strategies, and market trends to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and potential corporate clients, including decision-makers and procurement teams.
  • Manage key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups, product presentations, and tailored solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all corporate clients, addressing their concerns, queries, and requirements.
  • Sales Targets & Performance:
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by actively pursuing corporate sales opportunities and driving revenue growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies to meet goals and address any shortfalls.
  • Develop and track sales pipelines, ensuring a steady flow of leads, proposals, and closed deals.
  • Product Knowledge & Customization:
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the companys products and services, particularly those tailored for corporate clients (e.g., bulk orders, customized offerings).
  • Work closely with the product and marketing teams to create customized solutions for corporate clients, ensuring that Enza Homes offerings meet their unique requirements.
  • Stay informed about new product developments, promotions, and updates to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Negotiation & Proposal Management:
  • Lead negotiations with corporate clients to secure profitable contracts while maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, including pricing, terms, and delivery schedules, tailored to each corporate clients needs.
  • Manage contract renewals and ensure that all agreements are properly executed and adhered to.
  • Team Collaboration & Reporting:
  • Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to coordinate activities and ensure seamless execution of corporate sales initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports to the Sales Manager or Head of Sales on sales performance, new opportunities, and competitor activity.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings to discuss strategy, challenges, and share insights with the team.
  • Customer Service & After-Sales Support:
  • Oversee the delivery of products and services to corporate clients, ensuring timely fulfillment and high-quality service.
  • Address post-sale concerns and ensure that clients receive excellent after-sales support, including follow-up communication and issue resolution.
  • Develop strategies to ensure high client retention and customer satisfaction.
  • Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis:
  • Stay up to date with trends in the corporate sector, including changes in purchasing behavior and new opportunities for Enza Home.
  • Monitor competitor offerings and pricing strategies to identify areas where Enza Home can differentiate itself in the market.
  • Event & Networking Participation:
  • Represent Enza Home at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build brand visibility and expand corporate client relationships.
  • Develop and maintain a network of potential clients, partners, and industry professionals to support sales growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate sales, B2B sales, or key account management, preferably in the home furnishings, retail, or related industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving corporate sales targets and developing successful business relationships.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, pricing models, and market trends.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, or other systems) and MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
