Assitant HR

Job Summary:

The Assistant HR Manager will support the HR Manager in executing daily human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and policy implementation. This role requires excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, and new hire orientations.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation in compliance with company policies.
  • Support in implementing HR policies and procedures and ensure adherence throughout the organization.
  • Assist in managing employee engagement initiatives and maintaining a positive workplace culture.
  • Help coordinate training and development programs based on department needs.
  • Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and disciplinary records; ensure policies are properly communicated and followed.
  • Handle employee queries regarding HR-related matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Support performance appraisal processes and employee evaluations.
  • Assist in conducting exit interviews and processing final settlements.
  • Contribute to payroll processing by collecting attendance data and leave records.
  • Stay updated with labor laws and HR best practices to ensure compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
  • 0-1 years of experience in HR or a similar role.
  • Solid understanding of HR functions and labor legislation.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR management systems (HRMS).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.

Preferred Skills:

  • Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with HR software and databases.
  • Experience in handling payroll or working closely with the finance department.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and regulatory requirements.
