HR Executive

We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator, possess strong organizational abilities, and have a proven track record in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier candidates. The HR Executive will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and contribute to the growth and success of the company through effective talent acquisition.

This role specifically involves On-site night shift duties and requires your presence at our office conveniently located near Chandni Chowk, Rawalpindi.

Shift: Rotational

Job Requirements:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job openings to making job offers.
• Source potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns.
• Assist managers in addressing performance issues and implementing performance improvement plans.
• Maintain and update HR policies and employee handbook as needed.
• Stay informed about changes in labor laws and HR best practices.
• Identify training needs and assist in developing training programs for employees skill enhancement.
• Assist in managing employee benefits programs and answer employee inquiries related to benefits.

Basic Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR preferably in call center industry.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
