Job Title: Senior Upwork BidderLocation: Gulshan-e-Iqbal (Karachi)Job Type: Full-Time Onsite (Night)

Nanosoft Technologies isgrowing Upwork department and looking for a high-performing Senior Upwork Bidder who is passionate about winning strategic projects and driving consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

· Strategically craft high-conversion, customized proposals tailored for high-value clients on Upwork.

· Identify, qualify, and prioritize quality leads to maximize chances of winning bids.

· Lead client interactions, including negotiations, video/audio calls, and finalizing deals.

· Drive initiatives to optimize bidding strategy, improve win-rate, and retain long-term clients.

· Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure proposals are aligned with capabilities.

· Track performance metrics, proposal responses, and project outcomes to refine future strategies.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in Upwork bidding with a track record of consistently securing high-ticket projects.

· Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in a web and mobiledevelopment agency.

· Strong understanding of Upworks platform, client behavior, and algorithmic visibility tactics.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Proficiency in client management, negotiation, and closing strategies.

· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
