Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various BPO roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing strategies.

Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job specifications.

Utilize various recruitment platforms and tools to attract top talent.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the BPO or call center industry.

Proven track record of successfully filling positions in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using recruitment software and Microsoft Office Suite.
