Customer Support Executive

Job Description:

Managing customer service inquiries for our international clients over the phone and email

· Identifying and assessing customers needs to achieve satisfaction

· Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

· Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Requirements :

· The applicants must possess exceptional writing skills and fluency in spoken English

· The applicants must have strong communication & interpersonal skills

· Experience in international customer support/call centres is a plus

· Candidates with O/A Level educational background or Graduates will be preferred

Package Details

· Basic: Rs.50,000/- per month

· Incentive: Rs.10000/- Performance based incentive

· Shift Timings: Rotational (Morning, Evening, Night)

· Working days: 6 days a week; one day will be off, and it can be any day.
