Join our dynamic team at Techneed as an Intern Business Development Executive. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates in the final semester, eager to kick-start their career in business development, with a keen interest in the IT and design industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand our customer base and strengthen our market presence.
  • Led and manage the Upwork-based sales team to meet performance targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and engage with executives to devise growth strategies.
  • Understand client needs and craft customized proposals to acquire and retain business.
  • Manage the bidding process on Upwork and other freelancing platforms to secure projects.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align business development strategies.
  • Generate detailed business analytics reports and manage projects effectively.
  • Build and sustain long-term client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates or candidates in their final semester are encouraged to apply.
  • Exposure to business development or sales, preferably within the IT or design sectors.
  • Familiarity with Freelancing platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of the graphics field including design trends, tools, and standards.
  • Good english communication skills
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of pitching ideas and closing deals.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills.

Shift: Night

Pay: RS 20,000 per month

Location: Karachi (Preferred)

Work Location: Data center, Khalid bin Waleed Road near Tariq road. Karachi
