Key Responsibilities:

●Profile Optimization: Ensure the Upwork profile is professional, appealing, and optimized to attract potential clients.

●Lead Generation: Actively search for high-quality projects and clients within the relevant niches or industries on Upwork.

●Proposal Writing: Craft customized, persuasive proposals tailored to the clients needs, increasing the chances of winning projects.

●Market Research: Analyze trends and competitors on Upwork to identify potential opportunities and improve the bidding strategy.

●Reporting: Maintain detailed records of leads, proposals, and outcomes, and provide regular updates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
