Were looking for a Business Development Executive with 1+ year of experience in lead generation via LinkedIn and Upwork, preferably a female candidate, to join our team based in Lahore.

Job Title: Business Development Executive Location: 12-B, Johar Town, Allah Hoo Chowk, Lahore Salary Range: Market Competitive Work-style: Onsite + Night Shift Timings: Monday-Friday | 7:00 PM - 3:00 AM

About the Role

Were on the hunt for a motivated and confident individual to manage lead generation, bidding, and closing on platforms like LinkedIn and Upwork. The role requires someone who understands client engagement, proposal writing, and has a results-driven approach to securing projects.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through LinkedIn outreach and Upwork bidding
  • Write customized proposals and follow up with potential clients
  • Manage communication with prospects and close deals independently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand service offerings
  • Track leads, maintain CRM records, and report progress
  • Meet monthly KPIs and contribute to business growth

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation, bidding, and sales on LinkedIn & Upwork
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and handle targets
  • Familiarity with freelance platforms and proposal writing
