Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are seeking a results-driven and dynamic Business Development Executive with 2-4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving the companys growth through strategic initiatives and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and current client relationships
  • Generate leads, pitch products/services, and convert prospects into clients
  • Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their business needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product) to tailor solutions that meet client requirements
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and pipeline information
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for growth
  • Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations and proposals
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer requirements
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings or industry events

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in [industry-specific knowledge, e.g., SaaS, FMCG, IT services, etc.]
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation strategies
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

Pay: Rs1,200,000.00 - Rs2,500,000.00 per month
