Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in Email Marketing, LinkedIn Outreach, and strategic business development within digital marketing and software development domains. This leadership role is ideal for a professional with a proven ability to drive revenue growth, establish strong client relationships, and contribute to the long-term success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead strategic business development initiatives to drive revenue for digital marketing and software development services.
  • Oversee and refine lead generation efforts using targeted email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach strategies.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, market trends, and client segments to expand the companys portfolio.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, technical, and project management) to align business goals with client needs.
  • Track, analyze, and report on business development metrics, sales performance, and market intelligence.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to support their professional development and improve team performance.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of proven experience in business development, preferably within digital marketing and/or software development industries.
  • Hands-on expertise in email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and CRM/sales tools.
  • Strong strategic thinking, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and business growth KPIs.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and lead business development efforts with minimal supervision.

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
