Job Role
We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Business Development Manager with a strong background in digital marketing agency sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ‘driving revenue growth, ‘managing a high-performing sales team, and leveraging CRM tools to ‘streamline sales operations and ‘enhance client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop & Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement data-driven sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Lead & Train the Sales Team: Mentor, train, and manage the business development team to enhance their performance.
- Identify & Close New Business Opportunities: Use market research, networking, and outreach strategies to generate leads and acquire clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Negotiate & Close Deals: Conduct high-level negotiations with potential clients, demonstrating expertise in digital marketing services.
- CRM & Sales Pipeline Management: Utilize HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM tools to track leads, monitor sales performance, and improve efficiency.
- Analyse Market Trends: Stay updated with industry trends to optimise sales strategies and stay ahead of competitors.
- Collaborate with Marketing & Operations: Work closely with internal teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, especially in selling SEO, PPC, social media marketing, or related digital marketing services.
- Strong leadership, negotiation & communication skills (English proficiency required).
- Experience with CRM software (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) for managing sales pipelines.
- Strategic mindset with data-driven decision-making abilities to drive revenue growth.
- Proactive, results-driven, and problem-solving attitude in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Availability for night shifts to engage with international clients (USA market).

Office Timings: 6 PM- 3 AM (Night shift)

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
