Your Opportunity
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving growth, identifying opportunities, and managing bid processes that expand our presence in the IT industry. Key Responsibilities
✅ Bid & Proposal Management - Analyze RFPs and RFQs, develop compelling, high-quality proposals, and ensure timely and competitive submissions.✅ Strategic Business Growth - Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key stakeholders, and drive market expansion.✅ Market Research & Competitive Analysis - Stay ahead of industry trends, monitor procurement platforms, and leverage insights to enhance bidding strategies.✅ Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with sales, finance, and technical teams to refine business strategies and ensure alignment with company goals.✅ Compliance & Precision - Ensure all proposals adhere to regulatory and contractual requirements, maintaining accuracy and professionalism.✅ Performance Monitoring & Optimization - Track bid success rates, analyze past performance, and continuously refine strategies for improved win rates.
Who Were Looking For
✔ Educational Background - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.✔ Experience - Prior experience in business development, procurement, bid management, or government contracting is a strong advantage.✔ Strategic Thinking - Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market opportunities and develop winning strategies.✔ Exceptional Communication - Ability to craft persuasive proposals, negotiate effectively, and build strong relationships.✔ Tech-Savvy - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with procurement and contract management platforms.✔ Driven & Proactive - A self-motivated professional with a goal-oriented mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Work Details
