Call Center Agent

An international “Property Development Company" is urgently looking for candidates for the position of “Call Center Agent“ for its office in Karachi.

Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote property offerings.- Qualify leads, provide detailed information about properties, and address client inquiries.- Convert qualified leads into appointments or sales opportunities. Handle customer concerns and objections professionally, ensuring a positive experience. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress in the CRM system.- Prepare and submit performance reports as required. Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and market trends.

Requirements:- Proven experience in Telesales, preferably in the real estate or property development sector.- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Goal-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.- Proficiency in using CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs130,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelors (Required)

Experience:

  • Telesales: 2 years (Required)
