Job Responsibilities - Sales Executive (Design Sales via SMM Leads)

  • Handle inbound leads generated through Social Media Marketing (SMM) platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their design needs for logos, websites, and branding.
  • Present and pitch tailored design solutions based on client requirements and preferences.
  • Convert qualified leads into sales by effectively communicating value propositions and service benefits.
  • Upsell relevant services such as premium design packages, additional website features, branding kits, and ongoing support.
  • Maintain timely and professional follow-ups with prospects to close deals and maximize conversions.
  • Coordinate with the design team to ensure smooth onboarding and accurate delivery of services sold.
  • Record and manage all lead interactions, client details, and sales progress using internal tracking systems or CRM tools.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat business or referrals.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs based on the provided lead flow.
  • Give feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and customer trends to help optimize SMM campaigns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
