Position: Chat Support Executive

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block 5

Experience Required: Minimum 2 to 3 years in sales

Language Requirement: Fluency in English is a MUST

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional chat support related to Google and Meta advertising services.

- Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and ad management.

- Engage with potential clients to address their needs and promote our service offerings.

- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

- 2 to 3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in digital marketing.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms is a plus.
