Civil Supervisor (Interior)
Education:- Diploma or Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Experience:- 3-5 years of relevant experience in supervising interior fit-out projects in the textile, fashion retail, or commercial spaces.
Job Description:-
- Supervise and coordinate interior construction activities at retail store locations, including civil works, partitions, ceilings, flooring, and finishes.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and in-house design teams to maintain smooth workflow and resolve site issues.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure completion within the scheduled period.
- Oversee installation of fixtures, furniture, and equipment (FF&E) as per retail brand guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and local building regulations at all sites.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for management review.
- Validate measurements and quantities for billing and certification purposes.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure that all materials used meet company standards.
- Assist in planning new store setups, renovations, and rollouts for retail expansion.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
