Introduction: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Claims Communication Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing and enhancing communication strategies related to claims processing, ensuring effective correspondence with clients, legal entities, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Letter Drafting: Compose clear and professional letters concerning claims, including notifications, updates, and resolutions.
- Court Matters: Assist in preparing documentation for court proceedings, liaise with legal teams, and ensure compliance with legal standards.
- Law Enforcement Communication: Maintain effective communication with law enforcement agencies regarding claims, ensuring timely exchange of necessary information.
- Email Correspondence: Manage and respond to email communications related to claims, ensuring prompt and accurate information dissemination.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a communications or claims-related role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Urdu is a plus.
- Familiarity with legal terminology and court procedures.
