Role Summary:

We are looking for a Client Associate Executive to support our client success team in delivering outstanding service and cultivating lasting client relationships. This role involves direct communication with clients, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting the overall strategic direction of client accounts to ensure growth and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a primary contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring consistent and effective communication.
  • Partner with the client management team to understand and address client needs, challenges, and business goals.
  • Assist in the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and professional start for new clients.
  • Monitor client portfolios to uncover opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
  • Respond to client inquiries, resolve day-to-day issues, and escalate complex concerns as needed.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions using CRM software.
  • Generate regular reports on client satisfaction, performance metrics, and account status.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and operations to exceed client expectations.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to deliver valuable insights.
  • Meet or surpass goals related to client retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Monthly Salary: PKR 80,000 - 150,000

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in client/account management, sales, or related B2B roles.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and client service workflows.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
  • Self-driven and collaborative, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable working night shifts aligned with North American time zones.

Pay: Up to Rs150,000.00 per month
