About this opportunity:

Ericsson invites dynamic and motivated individuals to apply for the role of Implementation Management. As a part of this stimulating role, you will take charge of all implementation services, encapsulating a broad spectrum of responsibilities. These include defining and managing the project scope, overseeing time and resource planning, and ensuring effective reporting. You will be instrumental in offering support for Commercial engagements and ensuring steadfast observance to group directives, legal and financial standards, and global and local Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety norms. Your expertise will extend to safeguarding data privacy and security and ensuring compliance with approved processes and tools. The implementation Management forms the backbone of our operations, driving change and delivering value.

What will you do:

  • Define the scope of implementation and build a detailed time plan in agreement with Customer and Project Manager
  • Manage and coordinate Sub-contractors work and activities
  • Manage quality assurance within the implementation rollout
  • Ensuring EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) is followed strictly
  • Plan and Manage Implementation Team
  • Interact with Customer, Rollout (NRO) Team, for project support related activities.
  • Coordinating and managing deferent teams to ensure submission of RFI sites on time
  • Prepare daily report to identify GAPs and propose solutions to solve them
  • Preparing and compiling the acceptance reports and submitting them in customer tracking tools like NPTS and BPM- portal.
  • Verifying and aligning project data in customer tools to ensure correct progress reporting.
  • Have basic knowledge of telecommunication Industry and standards
What will you bring:
  • Bachelors degree in engineering (Electrical /Communication) or any equivalent
  • Knows how to communicate well in English and Arabic
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience on network implementation and project support activities
  • Domain-experience: RAN (Radio Access Network), project support activities
  • Delivering results & meeting customer expectations
  • You should have experience in customer relations and good technical skills
  • Training and awareness of all EHS statutory requirements
