Responsibilities
- Maintain customer accounts and records of interactions
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and upsell additional products or services
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and follow-ups
Skills
- Experience in account management or sales is a plus
- Ability to manage projects effectively
- Understanding of financial services industry trends and markets
- Free commute to female staff
- Job timings: Night Shift 8:30pm to 5:30am
