Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Internal Audit Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with internal policies, company protocols, and external regulations. You will be responsible for identifying gaps, ensuring transparency in operations, and supporting management in strengthening internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.2. Review and verify that all rules and protocols are being accurately followed across departments.3. Monitor receivables and ensure timely reconciliation of accounts.4. Check attendance records to verify punctuality and proper management of employee attendance.5. Assess whether employees are adhering to shift schedules and office timings.6. Ensure all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and protocols of the company are maintained and updated.7. Assist in identifying areas of process improvement and risk mitigation

Requirements:

Qualification:

1. ACCA (Member)

Experience:

1. 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in internal audit, compliance, or a related field.

Skills:

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.2. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.3. Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting software.4. Good communication and reporting skills.5. Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
