As part of our expansion, were looking for Client Servicing Executives to join our team. The role focuses on growing our media sales and acquiring new clients.

Job Type: Full time (Fresher & Experienced)

Location: DHA Karachi

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate and manage strong relationships with clients, understanding their media needs and offering tailored advertising solutions.
• Drive media sales by acquiring new clients and consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
• Ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, media buying, digital, etc.) to align client goals with campaign execution.
• Conduct regular follow ups with potential and existing clients via calls, emails, and in person meetings.
• Maintain an accurate database of leads and client interactions using CRM tools.
• Stay updated on industry trends and develop a deep understanding of our service offerings.
• Proactively suggest innovative ideas to boost client engagement and sales volume.
• Ensure prompt and professional handling of client inquiries and feedback.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree in Business Management, Mass Communication, Advertising, or Social Sciences.
• 1-5 years of experience in the advertising or media industry.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with CRM software.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects efficiently under pressure.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
• Result driven mindset with a passion for client success and business growth.

Location Requirement

Applicants must be based in Karachi or willing to relocate prior to joining.
