Collection Officer

Job Title: Collections OfficerLocation: Karachi , NASTP Shahrahe FaisalDepartment: CollectionsReporting To: Collections Manager

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing overdue retail accounts and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding amounts in compliance with UAE Central Bank regulations and bank policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up on delinquent accounts through calls, emails, and field visits.
• Negotiate and implement repayment plans with customers.
• Escalate complex cases to legal/recovery teams as needed.
• Update records and maintain accurate documentation of all collection activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
• Support in achieving monthly recovery targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 2-5 years of banking collections experience
• Strong negotiation and communication skills in English preferred).
• Proficiency in banking software and MS Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
