Job Description:We are looking for an experienced and driven Community Growth Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in community and business development within the social sector and a deep understanding of the EdTech landscape.

Responsibilities:

• Lead community engagement and business development initiatives
• Coordinate projects and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Manage communications and outreach to strengthen community relationships
• Support strategic planning and cross-functional coordination

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of experience in community and business development in the social sector
• Passion for driving community-driven growth initiatives
• Proactive team player with skills in project coordination, stakeholder management, and communication strategies
• Sound understanding of the EdTech ecosystem
• Willingness to commute as required

Education:

• Bachelors degree (Required)
