Computing Lead

Roots IVY International School System is looking for a Computing Lead to join our team at the Head Office in Bahria Town Phase 7. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a strong understanding of financial processes, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive approach to managing student fee records and collections. This role requires accuracy, efficiency, and the ability to collaborate effectively with parents, campuses, and internal finance teams to ensure seamless fee operations.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a forward-thinking computing curriculum from primary to A-Level.Lead the adoption of modern technologies and programming languages in classroom teaching (e.g., Python, HTML/CSS, Scratch, etc.).Ensure curriculum alignment with CAIE or equivalent standards.Promote cross-disciplinary projects involving ICT, AI, Robotics, and STEM.Deliver high-quality lessons that foster digital skills, computational thinking, and problem-solving.Adapt instruction to meet the needs of learners at various levels.Prepare students for Cambridge ICT and Computer Science examinations.Integrate innovative teaching tools, LMS platforms, and digital assessments.Supervise computing faculty across campuses (if applicable).Organize internal training sessions and support teacher development in ICT pedagogy.Monitor academic performance, assessments, and student progression in computing subjects.Manage computer labs, digital resources, and software licenses.Innovation & DevelopmentLead initiatives in coding clubs, robotics, cybersecurity awareness, and tech competitions.Stay updated with edtech trends and integrate them into school strategy.Collaborate with external organizations, universities, and edtech companies for enrichment opportunities.

Qualifications:Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.

Teaching certification or B.Ed. is a plus.

Minimum 3-5 years of teaching and curriculum development experience at O/A-Level or IB/IGCSE level.

Strong command of programming languages, educational tools, and assessment methodologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
