Location: Tipu Toad, Sir Syed Chowk, Rawalpindi

Job Type: Full-time, On-Site

Job Timings: 10am to 7am Monday to Friday amd Sunday

Salary: Rs. 50,000-70,000 per month + Commission

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to mature leads and convert them into customers primarily in the UK and Middle East markets. The ideal candidate will be fluent in verbal English with a preference for a British accent. The role requires previous sales experience and proficiency in handling customer inquiries and objections effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and online platforms to promote TutorHelpMes services.
• Identify and qualify leads through proactive outreach and follow-up strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Arrange tutoring demonstrations and effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
• Collaborate with the admin team to achieve targets and meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding services and pricing.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the education or e-learning industry.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in verbal English, preferably with a British accent.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Willingness to work during hours as per the job timings.
