About the Role:A customer-focused and service-driven organization is seeking a Customer Care Representative to join their team. This role involves handling customer queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure quick and effective issue resolution.
- Promote services by providing accurate and relevant information to current and potential customers.
- Offer in-person support and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the interaction.
- Build strong relationships with customers through empathy and solution-oriented service.
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to senior team members as needed.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualification: Bachelors Degree (any discipline)
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
- Friendly, empathetic, and professional demeanor
- Ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service tools
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,000.00 per month
