Social Media Marketing Manager

Were seeking a strategic, creative, and results-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our social strategy and execution. This role will be responsible for growing our online community, improving engagement, and driving traffic and conversions through powerful content and campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms (Meta adds,Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, etc.)
• Create and curate high-quality, engaging content tailored to each platform
• Plan and execute paid social campaigns and promotions
• Analyze performance data and provide regular reporting and actionable insights
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, product, sales) to align messaging and campaigns
• Monitor trends, news, and conversations in our industry to ensure were always relevant
• Engage with our audience, respond to comments and messages, and build community relationships

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms, social analytics, and content strategy
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills
• Experience with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously
• Creative thinker with a strong eye for design and brand voice
• Experience with paid social advertising and budget management is a plus
