Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive

Job Timings: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Job type: Full-time (Onsite - Morning Shift)

Key Duties

• * Engaging in cold calling activities.
• * Overseeing and conducting phone conversations.
• * Drafting and managing email communication.
• * Skillfully utilizing CRM software.
• * Efficiently managing digital files.
• * Arranging appointments and managing schedules.
• * Initiating lead generation activities.
• * Aggregating and structuring data for statistical evaluation.
• * Criteria for the Role we should meet the following qualifications and possess these skill sets:
• * Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• * Aptitude for organizing and scheduling, along with calendar management proficiency.
• * Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• * Understanding of marketing, advertising, and public relations concepts.
• * Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• * Strong organizational capabilities and attention to detail.
• * Expertise in cloud-based platforms like Google Docs, Skype, and other team communication apps.
• * Mastery of time management, allowing for effective multitasking.
