Performance Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialistwith expertise in local market campaigns, e-commerce, and paid advertising across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, Snapchat Ads, and TikTok Ads. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience optimizing performance marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and ROI in the local market.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize performance-driven paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Snapchat Ads, and TikTok Ads to meet business objectives (lead gen, sales, app installs, etc.).
  • Develop hyper-localized ad strategies tailored to the target market, ensuring cultural and linguistic relevance.
  • Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and A/B testing to maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and lower CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost).
  • Drive sales and traffic for e-commerce platforms through high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad content (static, video, carousel) that resonates with the local audience.
  • Monitor KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, CVR) and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Use Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Pixel, and Snapchat Pixel to track performance and attribution.
  • Generate weekly/monthly reports with data-driven recommendations for scaling successful campaigns.
  • Stay updated on local market trends, competitor strategies, and platform algorithm changes.
  • Identify new growth opportunities within emerging ad platforms or audience segments.

Qualifications & Experience

  • BBA or MBA in Marketing
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in e-commerce or local market campaigns.

Skills, Knowledge & Competencies

  • Proven expertise in managing ads on Meta, Google Ads, Snapchat, and TikTok with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of local consumer behavior, cultural nuances, and market trends.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns in real-time.
  • Excellent communication skills.
